Created during my first year at university, How To Stay Sane is an experimental editorial zine inspired by themes of mental wellbeing, identity, and personal narratives. Through expressive typography, photography, and image making, I explored how visual design can communicate emotion and guide readers through a more immersive storytelling experience.
